《岚：外传》是一款回合制动作游戏，融合了策略与冲刺斩击玩法。主角“岚”是来自Pocket Bravery宇宙的忍者，他受雇于昔日的师父“狼人”，接受任务前往日本，击败忍者与“猎群”士兵，夺回三件强大的东方遗物。

“中文版还是有单行句子跑出对话框显示不全+个别句子生硬的问题，但总体来讲是很不错的游戏！像素动画很有特色！如果不在乎评分相关的话当成回合制解谜玩就行，从一开始就把连杀计分的选项关掉体验会好很多。boss战会带点即时要素但图四往后一个两个都是专治多动症 在这里点名某个满地乱跳的红色蟑螂 以及还是希望后续能更新类似自定义地图或者洗点或者boss rush之类的内容，只能在间章重玩还是有点不太够···”

“首先这个游戏存在两种时间维度，一个是玩家动一下怪动一下，另一个是正常的时间流逝也会带来影响。 如果你不在意每一关由于不停的试错导致最后的的评价都是C而带给你的挫败感的话，那么这是一个具有一定性价比的小游戏。 另外不得不吐槽一下有些伤害的结算机制有点会让人有点小小的无语，比如第三关的boss，其他的等通关后再来追评。”
