Nuntius Games has already shown 20 games for all platforms and wants to be one of the first to arrive on the Switch 2

Inspired by the growing movement of content creators becoming game publishers, such as Asmongold and the OTK Games collective: Nuntius Games emerges from Brazil with a bold proposal: to transform the communication power of YouTubers with millions of followers into a direct bridge between independent developers and the global gaming market. Over 20 titles, all developed in Latin America, have already been announced in a major showcase, with more to come soon.

Formed by six partners with significant social media reach and solid experience in the gaming industry, Nuntius Games launches with a combined audience of over 2 million subscribers on YouTube alone, not to mention their other platforms. The publisher brings together names like Velberan (Velberan Games), Rodrigo Coelho (Coelho no Japão), Renato Cavallera (Segredos dos Games), Pedro Gomes (Narrativando), along with industry professionals such as Jonathan Silva, CEO of Statera Studio, known for Pocket Bravery, the first fully Brazilian game nominated for The Game Awards, and porting specialist Isaías Leal, who has worked on award-winning games such as FNAF and Unsighted, among many others, including some AAA.

“We’re creators who also play, develop, and understand what the audience wants. That’s the strength of Nuntius,” says Jonathan Silva, CEO of the company. “We know that great games often fail due to lack of visibility. With Nuntius, we aim to ensure that high-quality Brazilian titles not only reach the right platforms, but also the right audiences, with real impact.”

The Publisher Powered by YouTubers

Nuntius Games quickly earned the nickname “The YouTubers’ Publisher,” not just because of its founding team, but thanks to its core strategy of integrating game marketing directly into the creators’ channels. This ensures immediate visibility for every release and builds an organic support network for the national indie scene.

“I was always frustrated seeing great Brazilian games ignored by the media or lost in digital stores,” says Rodrigo Coelho, the company’s CCF (Chief Creative Fella). “Instead of just complaining, we decided to act. Using our platforms to elevate these games is a way of giving back to the community that has always supported us.”

The announcement of Nuntius Games was met with overwhelmingly positive reception. The company’s newly created social media accounts saw rapid growth, with nearly 3,000 viewers watching the reveal live and over 50,000 views on reaction videos within the first few hours. Major media outlets such as The Enemy/Omelete, Voxel/Tecmundo and IGN published exclusive articles, interviews with the founders, and analyses of the company’s innovative model. Influencers across Brazil also showed immediate support: Nuntius Games has already mapped a network of nearly 100 content creators, including YouTubers, streamers, and independent journalists who are actively promoting its titles as partners.

In addition to launching games on PC, PlayStation 4 and 5, Nintendo Switch (Gen 1), iOS, Android, and Xbox One/Series S/X, Nuntius Games has announced its intention to acquire the development kit for the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 as soon as it becomes available, aiming to be one of the first independent publishers to release games on the next-generation console.

“We want to be among the first to publish on the Switch 2. The start of a new generation is always a strategic moment with high media and public attention,” highlights Jonathan Silva. “That can mean higher sales and greater visibility for games that might otherwise struggle to stand out.”

Inaugural Showcase and First Titles

Nuntius Games’ debut was accompanied by an online showcase that attracted considerable attention both in Brazil and abroad, presenting its first 20 titles. An English version of the event, tailored for the international audience, is available:

Games like Vampire’s Veil, Valiant Saga, Damned 2, Cordels & Spells, Guetto Zombies, Arashi Gaiden, Robogal, and CODE Bunny stood out, demonstrating the diversity of the Nuntius portfolio, which ranges from action games to RPGs with strong cultural themes. You can see the complete list of games, with all the information about them, on the official Nuntius Games website.

“We want the world to see the best of Brazilian creativity and game design,” says Renato Cavallera, Nuntius’ Chief Communications Officer. “There’s no shortage of talent in this country. Our role is to make sure it’s valued and amplified.”

More Than a Publisher: A Full Ecosystem

Beyond marketing and media, Nuntius Games also provides creative consulting, internal QA, technical porting, and commercial support, forming a comprehensive support structure for developers. “I’ve been an indie dev for a long time,” says Pedro Gomes, the company’s CMO. “We know exactly where studios struggle, and we built Nuntius to help them avoid those pitfalls.”

The union between content creators and game developers has led to a new kind of publisher: more agile, deeply connected to the audience, and capable of generating strong engagement from the very first announcement. Nuntius Games aims to replicate in Latin America the success seen by initiatives like OTK Games in the United States, and, aware that many globally recognized titles have Brazilian talent behind them, the company now wants to prove that games made in LATAM can also be fun, bold, and unforgettable.

If you need any information, interview, link or whatever you need, we will be on hand to answer your questions as quickly as possible via this email.

Thanks.
